WBA 13-ss keeps running after processing bills and when reels spin

I have a igt s2000 with a wba 13-ss that has a v3.80 written on it. It’s a machine I just got and I am trying to get it back up and running. The bill validator takes the bills and processes the credits but it keeps running for maybe 10 seconds after it process the bills. It will then stop if I just leave the machine alone but as soon as I hit bet credit or bet max credits keys it starts up again and runs while the reels are spinning but stops again a second d or two after the reels stop spinning unless it’s a win and then it continues to run another 5 seconds or so after the win is credited.

Any idea what’s causing this? And what should I do to try to correct this?

Update I got the capacitor to stop running it seems fine now it just needed to run some cash through it maybe to line it up?
