IGT AVP IPC set up help

So I had the G23 working with hangover last night. It worked after hours of trying to get the ipc to work with EGM. The instructions say to set the poll address at “0” but it seems like when I go to  advanced it wants to get a new address and it’s always “1”. I’m not sure if that’s the problem but it will still go to the screen that says configured for standard IPP host and there’s a button below that says configure progressive you hit it. It goes and requests from the host. Afterwards, it says configured stored, verify all options. I hit OK then exit and I still get the progressive configuration till waiting for a communication validation from IPP. If I can just get the procedure down of how to get the address to stay at zero and get past the config with it staying at 0. Then again I don’t really know if it’s important. I tried for yesterday and evidently hit the right combination and got it to work. It’s my dumb luck to add a game to it made me wipe everything start over. Anyhow, I’ll PayPal friends 25 bucks just as a thank you! if anybody can relieve my frustration and walk me through it.
