MEI head re-programming

Looking for a referral or provider that can re-flash/ re-program these MEI validator heads to work in IGT machines.  Currently they come alive when put in an IGT cab, but prompt a 'Not Communicating' error.  Looking for ID-024 Netplex Protocol.

Have you tried asking Spin Inc down in Miami?
I'm pretty sure they would be capable of reprogramming a bill head?
You need to be more specific to which IGT machine you want to put it into too.

SPIN INC located down in Florida near you,  couldn't do simple re-flashing for your validator?
