Total Newbie Looking For Help!

I'm brand new at anything slot/gaming related other than playing. That being said, I've wanted to start building my own game room and there's a game that I fell in love with many years ago, I was looking at trying to find a machine just to buy and have shipped, but that's not happening. The best I can find is to buy the board, which is an IGS SVGA 25 line game board and then buy a board-ready cabinet.

Is it that simple? just buy the cabinet & plug & play?

I'm about as technical as a sock monkey, so ANY words of wisdom or guidance anyone can share would be incredibly appreciated.

Thanks so much for the response! I's called Wonderland (by IGS) and while I have no problem finding the board, that's where I get a lil lost, as to what to do once I have the board. I've looked online for guidance, with no success.  :Scratch-Head:

The IGS SVGA 25 line game isn't really an North American slot machine board - International Games System Inc is based in northern Taiwen.
Those are 8-25 line electronic gaming machines built to ressemble a slot machine...normally built in the Orient and are made to be thrown into cheap, particle board cabinets with a button deck and LCD, ICT thermal printer, and a bill acceptor.
One of the many reasons why they're illegal is that the cabinets do NOT pass building fire codes.
Real gaming machine have metal lined cabinets.

Anyways, places like Great Lakes Amusements, 8-Line Supply, and GMS Gaming sell these games and cabinets.
Contact them for help on cabinets and installation.
But basically, yeah, you just plug the board into the cabinet harnessing, use the supplied manual to choose your setup configurations and have fun playing the game.
Thee are many games to choose from but they are NOT cheap.
