Help getting G20 TITO working again after wiping memory

bought g20, for my mother in law as she cant get to the casinos any more due to her health - worked well for a while then would not boot- eventually watched a couple of youtubes and didn't really understand the read write switch function and the whole paper thing in the slot to allow changes and the machine has 3 keys which all preform different access so i fumbled through that- wiped and reloaded and messed around with it more than i should have and screwed it up - its back working though now says call attendant for hand pay  when trying to cash out  and bonus credits are no longer allowed by pressing the service button-she now has to put cash in in order to play and  it no longer recognizes the tickets either, i only cash to add credit... all of these features worked before it crashed. so my 3 issues are -
how can i turn back on access to the 100 bonus credits when hitting the service button
 when she cashes out having it print a ticket instead of hand pay
 it no longer recognizes the tickets either only cash to add credit

thanks in advance this machine has turned into her life since my father-in-law died. I'm thankful i got it working though hoping to get it back to how it was prior

Change your tito setting from standard to system and that should fix everything.

If it's still not working.   There's easy steps in the attached PDF to review your Tito settings on the machine so it credits with the service button, prints, and accepts tickets.  Same doc is available to download at the tito@home site.

And as Mark said, ensure the validation type is set to "system".
