Compatability question

Hello,

Sorry if this has been asked, I did a search and nothing came up.

Will any Future logic Gen 2 printer work with a S2000. The unit I have works fine, but the print quality is horrible and the printed tickets fail the BV 90% of the time. Same paper in another printer works perfectly, so I am blaming the printer. Cleaned the print head the best I could and couldnt find any speed settings anywhere. I see lots of these out there, but was wondering if I need to look for one that is flashed or IGT specifically or Will the Serial connection work as long as its Netplex.

Thank you in advance for any education you can provide me on these.

Update, I am assuming since Spin asks what machine you have that they need special Flash for the brand of machine. Answered my own question,
