Make sure you have the .01 denomination available and enable at least one game with the .01 denomination.

If that does not work, do you have another TITO board to try?

After touching “Denominations available to player” make sure the .01 is enabled in this menu

Then go to enable games and enable a game with the .01 denomination.

I've only used Tito@home cards.  But on those, the amount it credits using legacy bonusing is always by what has been set on the Tito card.  Either the defaults it ships set with, which you can adjust with the DIP switches which if I recall is $100, $500, and $1000.  Or if you have the SD card adapter, you can set your own values in a text file on the SD card, then when the machine is powered up with the SD card connected to the Tito, it updates the values for the DIP switch settings in the eeprom in the Tito card.

It has 3 values in the text file.  So if you just want it set to the same regardless of the DIP switch settings, you just plug the SDcard into a PC, edit the text file, and set all 3 values to the same (in pennies) and save the updated text file on the SDcard, then power up the machine with the SDcard connected to the Tito so it updates.  Then power off and remove the SDcard.   

So a value of 10000 set in each line value, it will add $100 when the service button is pressed regardless of settings or the denominations enabled or set in games on the machine and never changes unless flashed again. 

The current Tito@home cards are much easier.  Just get the extra wifi adapter, and with the machine powered on, you can connect to it with a PC or phone by Wifi, open the default web page on the Tito, and just change the auto credit values and click update, then just reboot the machine and it has the new auto credit amounts set, so you can easily change them without needing to go through all the SDcard stuff.

This is just Tito@home cards, I've never used anything else.   But pretty sure the Tito card itself is what controls how much to auto credit when the service button is pressed as it's sending the signal to auto credit the machine, and how much to credit, and isn't something you can alter in the machine settings.

Never heard of any Tito card where something in the machine settings will alter the auto credit value.   

Is a really old Tito card being used here or something?  Not questioning the validity here, I can only comment on Tito@home cards, just interested.
