Bally s9000 showing blank screen

Hello, I just picked up this Gift from God slot machine. Looks like it was converted to home use. It boots up shows things loading and after a bit a few errors pop up and then it shows a blank screen. I left it running for 30min with no changes. Yes the game chips are there.

Questions:

1) Anyone know what I should do to troubleshoot
2) is it easy to convert it back to cash
3) any game chips for sale

Need to figure out 1 first, thanks I attached some photos

In your photo with the CPU, There is a lock where the game and OS are stored. Are you able to open that and verify there are actual CF cards in those slots?
