WMS Blade BV not working

I have a WMS Blade game chest.  It was working great a few days ago.  Shut it down to move it to a new stand.  Was off for about three days.  Today turned it on and the MEI bill validator showed all three LED lights showing on solid.  Pulled the cash can and reinstall, no change and no motor noise.  Pulled the head out and reinstalled, no change.  What next?

All three lights solid? My code sheet says "unprogrammed unit" Can you try and reprogram the BV firmware?

After some consulting, swapping around some components I believe it’s the interface card that’s bad.  Will try a new one and see if that solves it.
