Firelink Machines showing Hand Pay Call Attendant instead of printing ticket

As the subject line says, my ultimate firelink machines are not printing tickets. Instead, each time a customer cashes out once they are done playing, they will display "Call Attendant HAND PAY" (see reference photos attached). This happened when I had a guy reset these machines as I just took over the business. He was able to reset the jackpots, but now they no longer print tickets. I am not sure what setting he messed with and I don't know how to get this fixed.

But I am not sure it's possible to fix this without some type of card or usb. Because the technician that I mentioned, he was inserting some type of chip/card into each machine when resetting the jackpots. So I am just concerned that this card or usb is required to alter any settings in the machine. I don't have this card/usb. Do I need it? Where would I be able to get one for my machines? And how can I fix the problem I'm having? I would greatly appreciate it if someone can tell me the solution or point me towards a local technician they know. For reference, I'm located in Ohio.

I'm going to make a wild guess here and assume the attendant did a RAM clear so he could make changes to the jackpot or whatever and neglected to install the printers. You need to enter the setup menu to verify if the printers are installed.

With machine powered up, open the main door (big monitor), depress the small white test button on the top of the MPU. Lower the monitor but do not close. The menu should be displayed. Select [Setup] [Machine Setup] [Device Setup]. You should be viewing the Device Config page. The first device on the list is "Voucher Printer".  What does it say?  It should identify the printer you have installed in the machine. The options are "No Printer", "Future Logic", "Ithaca 950".

If the printer is set correctly, next check the Credit Limits. Press [Setup] {Credit Setup]    You should be viewing the Credit Limits page. Having limits set too low will force a hand pay. I set all of my limits to $999,999,999

Note that once a menu page has been saved, it becomes locked and you cannot make any changes. If you need to change anything, you will need a Clear chip and must do a Ram clear. With a Ram clear you will lose all machine & game settings and must reenter everything. Not an easy task if you have never done it before.

These are the only 2 options I see in setup (please see image attached). Am I missing something?

And the clear chip you mentioned, where would I be able to get one? And could you point me to some source that would give me a step by step to follow for setting up the machine after clearing the ram?

He may have set it up for Tito. If so, all cashouts will go to handpay without a Tito board.

Looks like you have the attendant menu. You need the Setup menu which can only be accessed by pressing the white test button on the MPU, with the door open. The door, the large monitor, must remain open.
The attendant menu has a Blue background and can be accessed with the key. The Setup menu has a Purple background.

The clear chip I use is #230311A

It's a .pdf manual for an ultimate firelink cabinet.
In your system setup, is your printer enabled?
You need an ICT GP58, set to pulse.

Sorry shortrackskater. This is my first time on this website and I wasn't sure how everything work or if my topic was even posting. Thank you everyone. After some hard work and help from you guys, I was able to get the issue resolved. But I still have these two machines that won't print tickets (see attached). I don't think these are firelinks. Before resolving the issue with the firelinks, I was able to just turn the jackpot key and make the call attendant hand pay pop-up go away. But that isn't working for these machines for some reason. The key goes in the slot but doesn't turn. So they're stuck on call attendant hand pay. Do I need a different jackpot key for these? Does anyone know anything about these 2 machines?
