New Bally owner. Machine disabled is on display. How do i reset it?

Without knowing more about the cabinet model and any associated GMS/TITO accessories, I would answer generally. . .

Machine Disabled is related to the connection with the gaming management system.  (The part of casino-connected systems that deal with ticket in ticket out, send meters and security info to the back-office equipment.  If you have a TITO system (GMS) connected but not powered on, the game might be waiting for that.  The game might be disabled by that same system using a GMS disable (menu option).  If you got this machine from a casino, the cabinets must allow for remote disable via GMS to comply with regulatory agencies. You may have to (using elevated privileges) disable the requirement for a GMS system to be present and online.

The machine came from casino originally. I purchased it from individual. It was working before and have been powered down for a long time. Im not sure what info to give on the machine.
