Jennings Mechanical Escalator frame

I'm trying to fix this old Jennings "Nevada Club's" mechanical slot machine and have found the escalator assembly has been cracked and welded multiple times and is cracked again.  Any idea where to find one, or am I stuck having it welded again.

They come up on eBay time to time. I'd also create an account with the coinopcollector forum:
