You need to use a bb2 clear card to clear the machine, then re-install the game software and change the denomination in the set-up. Search YouTube for Wms bb2 setup, there is a long but very detailed video that takes you step by step, that’s how I learned to do it. You can also change out games for variety.

I've made a mistake in my listing it's not a BB2 slot machine is a BB1 so I'm guessing I need to get a bb1 clear card

I believe the BB1 and BB2 use the same clear card, but the process should be the same.

Your button deck is a BB1. BB1 button decks can be used on a BB2. As mentioned pictures will tell us witch one you have.

Looking at the board surrounding the CF slots, you have a BB1 CPU in a BB2 cabinet?
Your camera has dirty lens or you snapped an unfocused photo of the labels.
Need to see the numbers directly under where it's printed "WMS Gaming Inc"
I cannot read a thing on them.

The first pic is the game running in a BB2 machine with a BB1 deck.  The game cards are BB1 , and the pic of the CPU is of a BB1.  So he is running a BB1 CPU in a BB2 machine.

He will have to use a BB1 clear card to clear the machine and set it up all over again for a different denom
