BB3 issues with setting up

Unfortunately after the new hard drive was installed o get the same error.  Looks like the same error picture before.  Most recent pic of error attached. 

Strange because I can restart the machine after it says call attendant and it'll usually start up with no issue.

So I guess I'm looking at replacing the ram?

Side question.  This machine has a jcm ivizion bv.  When setting the machine up I select just jcm for the bill val?

You can check that all of the video cables are fully seated on both ends. I've gotten a similar error message before and found that one of them was not seated correctly.

You have a DRM error which means Digital Rights Management. Do you have the hard key/license USB dongle plugged into the CPU?

All NXT3.2 (and some later NXT2/BB2 titles) come with the software CF card and a USB license dongle and both MUST be plugged in when trying to load/play. No dongle means no game.

Thanks for the reply.  I do have the license dongle for each of the games though I haven't tried the other 2 games as of recent.  I'll double check I have the right dongle for the game but I'm sure it is.

You could also try different USB ports. Both the ones inside and outside the CPU work. Casinos put it inside the cpu due to jurisdiction laws

You sir win the prize!  I'd tried the USB ports inside the case with no luck.  I moved the dongle to the outside top of the case and the machine has been ready to play with no errors.  I've had it on for a couple hours and pretty cycled it and so far the issue hasn't come back.  Thank you!

Now to get the ivizion bv issue handled and then I can 'spin the reels'.  If I get despite I'll hook the Tito up but I really want to get the bv figured out first.
