bb2 to bb3 conversion problem

I am converting a bb2 to a bb3 and I keep getting the error in the pic when it goes to game mgr.  I have exchanged cpus, changed out sound amp,  changed out power supplies,  tried 3 different software titles and OS cards and I am still getting this error.  I have done this conversion before with no problems.   I hunted on internet and here for possible solutions with no luck.  Any suggestions on this.

Possibly the OS card you're using is bad? Then again you tried different OS cards, I'm stumped too.

It was the power supply causing this error.  I changed to a blue label supply and error went away.  Maybe bb3 cpu in bb2 must use a blue label supply???

i have a new blue label p/s set aside just for when i do this conversion.

That's weird.
Looking at the specs between the two PSU's, you can see the older BB2 Malaysian-made Setec UNI-750-1 could handle more amps than the Chinese-made BB3 Delta DPS-750AB-6A.
Both however, maxed out at 850 Watts, but the Delta's were just plain newer...possibly stronger capacitors?
