Reinstall it and see if that makes it work. You could also try a P foundation if you have one.

I keep getting this screen after loading the OS and the foundation. I’m using the DIAG and the Ekey-7.

(1) How do you expect to get a loader for an unidentified game? Do you have a license dongle for said game? My crystal ball isn't working today.

(2) Assuming your also unidentified DIAG is correct, put it in the secure port and boot. Select deployment utility and post pictures of the OS and foundation, games and BIOS that is installed. What are you using the ekey for at this point? Until you get the OS to boot, it is irrelevant.

Shoot.. You need to get that crystal ball fixed. Just kidding! This is a G23 cabinet with a 4.0 CPU with PCI card. See screen shot of the OS and loader. Thanks as always for the patience and help.

Which OS and foundation is currently installed? First post states N0003. Reply#7 shows K0003. Now your show OS is a mystery too.
