Bally Joker Poker Model VPOK09-00

 Customer brought in a '93 model Bally Joker Poker VPOK09-00. What is the reset procedure on this game? Battery was dead when dropped off. Replaced the battery and now when attempting to play the game, you have to open then close the main door for the hand to deal/play. Any info or links to an online manual would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Can you post a photo of the machine? I believe  you have a Bally V5500. I think you have to do a ram clear after a battery change.

Usually those are simple reset turning the key on the right side once or twice.
I don’t think there is a reset eeprom or anything like that.
