BB1 Game Change Extra Chip

I got in a Super Jackpot Party which came with some extra games.  One included game was the Monkees Spinning Streak.  Along with the Monkees game card and OS card there was a 40 pin chip marked "key 40".  The previous owner never knew what it was for or how to use it.  Anybody able to tell me what it is for, is it necessary, and where it should go?  The Monkees game seems to run fine without it. 

Also, another game was Triple Golden Cherries.  It looks like on You Tube that it requires the translucent reels but my game only has a video screen.  With the game run anyway?  Thanks!

I could be wrong, but I think that's a Keychip40, for an IGT Game King machine.

I also bought an IGT Turkey Shoot from the same guy.  Could it have anything to do with that?  What's the chip used for anyway?

Think of it like a "key"... to get into certain programming menus for setting up an IGT Game King machine.
The IGT Turkey Shoot is another game that can be installed on the IGT Game King or i-Games machines.
None of these work with your Williams BlueBird machine.
