Help! booting up my BB3 conversion and this happened!

Hi all, So just turned on my slot BB3 conversion that I never had an issue for years then got this error. i took a still of the screen and I took a video as well. i cleared the game to reinstall game and clear worked just fine but when loadiing game it goes to the game manager then the fault appears and just loops. Is this a corrupted game card or did the cpu just puke and needs to be replaced?

Can  you turn the reset key to the blue screen to see what the message may be?

Can someone look this over and let me know what they think? This all started one day while just turning on the slot machine. iv'e never had an issue before and just wanted to know if it's the power supply being weak. I just prey it's not the CPU. I cleared the backplane and clear card had no issues. Only when putting game and OS in did I get the message.

Have you tried a different game?

Try using a blue label power supply in the slot.
