Need U55 chip for Bally S5500

Have a AS 3356-232 revD MPU board that has the U55 chip missing pins. chip number PALC22V10L-25PC
1. Does anyone have one they can part with?
2. Does that chip require programming or can you just swap it out?

I  don't have the U55. Check with Vincent Tyler.  He's on Facebook.  He repairs S5500 MPU'S
