Loose Deuces poker bill validator and coin mech don’t work

Good morning. I have a Loose Deuces sit down slant top video poker machine, the tag says it’s a model #GD70CF.  The program chip on the board says “PE - game poker”.  The data chip on the board says “PE+ data poker. I have already had the battery on the board replaced. Next problem is neither the bill validator or the coin mech works.  The bill validator is DBV-45-SS-6031-B022. The coin mech is a CC-16-D 100 Rev-F.
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I see you have a Poker DATA ROM of X000507P which isn't currently archived (dumped).  Any chance you can dump it or willing have it dumped and share?  As new PE+ is dead platform, anything new is quite "rare" see this post:  /nlg/index.php?topic=22298.0

You can PM if you are interested in preserving this ROM image and I'll make sure it gets added to MAME for everyone to enjoy.

Have you reset the machine and gone through the setup process?  With the Bill Validator you might have to re set that up again with a SET004 chip to enable it if the CMOS data was wiped clean.
