WMS Bluebird 2 OLED Failing

I have a Rapunzel and the OLED panel is failing.  Two or three buttons are no longer visible (the $3 max bet and repeat bet buttons) and the others still work but are faded.  What's the cheapest and easiest way to fix this?  It looks like a new OLED panel is over $400 but I heard you can replace individual buttons.  How easy and inexpensive is that?  I could live with it if the repeat bet and $3 bet buttons worked even if the others were faded.  Or I could revert to a standard button panel if I could find a cheap one and the change over wasn't too complicated.  Thanks!

The screens are relatively easy to replace and usually run around $40 for the large and $20-$30 for the small (each). GET-T has a couple of videos on YouTube on how to replace them, and I recently bought two sets of screens from them on sale.

They are easy to replace indeed, the ribbon cables can be a pain though since they are picky on how well they have to be seated.

Quick update: Bought a rebuilt button panel from GET-T and installed it today.  Fairly easy process and the game looks great now!  Buttons are super bright and very sensitive to being pressed during play.  The only issue I had during installation was that the rebuilt panel top face plate was slightly different from my original and I had to switch the new face plate with my old one in order for the new button panel to fit into the game properly.  Maybe different WMS games use slightly different face plates?  In any case, I think GET-T has the rebuilt button panels on sale for $245. 

I also bought a complete set of replacement button screens and will use them to rebuild my old OLED panel.  They were on sale for 9.99 for the small buttons and 19.95 for the large button.  I'll keep that one for future use.
