How the heck do I release the backplane from this metal plate?

See attached photos.  I removed this whole metal plate from the back of my BB2 dedicated reels cabinet (Alice). I removed all the screws from the board itself that attached the backplane to this plate. However it does not release. Do the 2 connectors at the top of the board somehow have to be released? If so, how?   I am pretty sure I do not have a wrench or socket small enough to engage those tiny bolts where the pins are on each side of the connectors....    I am hoping someone can tell me the obvious thing I am overlooking here...

Yep...you have to remove the guide pins with a small socket.
I think it's a 4mm?

Thanks for your response!  The small sockets I had on hand had walls that were too thick to get around the actual nut.

I managed to get them all loose with needle nose pliers and could then spin them the rest of the way out by hand.

Yeah..they're pretty tight up against the headers.
Glad you were able to get 'em off.
