Mills slot machine, fake vs real.

 I'm still learning about the Mills slot machine, and something I read about is that all Mills have the pumps and the fake Mills don't. Can I get some clarification on this subject.

  As for the pumps.  I believe the "Operator Bell" series machines did not have the pumps.  The transition to the pumps came when they went to the "Silent Bell" series.  I do not know this to be fact but, it is just my observation.  Maybe someone can confirm.

  Now when you see a silent bell machine without a handle pump it probably could be a reproduction machine as they were left out to save on the cost of the machine.  Or someone simply removed it during a refurb, or they put together a pieces and parts machine.  Other things to look for are missing drill plates, missing serial numbers, missing "MLB" part #'s in the castings, lack of the two nails on the front and back of the wooden base, hex nuts instead of square nuts for hardware and I few other things I am sure I missed off the top of my head.
