IGT Machine Nonresponsive

Hi everyone - first of all, I would like to say thanks to this site and community for the help, past forum posts, files, etc. Members have been a great help and have gone above and beyond every time.

I've had this IGT machine for about a year or so, not sure how long previous owners have had/ran it. Recently, it's been unresponsive. See photos attached. Nothing works anymore, this is how it looks. Would anyone be able to pinpoint the issue it's having and how I can get it fixed? I'm not sure of the exact model number/type.

It sounds like a plug fell off the touchscreen driver board?
Look under the button deck for a loose plug.

I’ve checked everything. There is nothing loose. I’ve also tried turning the jackpot key but nothing shows up on the screen. Is there anything else I can try?

Turn the power switch OFF, count to 5, turn it back ON and see if the player interface panel works.
You're basically re-booting it up.

I think you have an IGT Axxis 23 machine...

I’ve just tried that. Turned it off & on, still not working. Nothing on the screen is responsive. Anything else?

Check the fans near the brainbox...are they ALL working?
If not, which one is down and not spinning or barely turning?
Heat is a killer...locks up computers.
Turn on the lights, open the door, take a good picture of the main board in the brainbox.
Maybe someone will spot something.

Take a better photo of this area I've marked for you in red.
Not blurry or junky.
Those little squares are telling you that something is open.
