BB1 Goldfish Won't Boot Up, Help.

I don't know much about repairing these things. I have a BB1 Goldfish and it won't boot up. I've attached the screen it stays on saying the error. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I haven't done anything. As I said I'm not a tinkerer with these machines so I know nothing about repairing them. Is that something I should do? I believe I have the chips somewhere, but don't know how to use them.

I would clear it. There should be a Youtube video on the procedure.

Edited. I found I had the clear card file so I just burned it and we'll see if that works to clear the machine.
