DBV-145 - IGT S+ - 1995

I recently purchased an IGT S+ 5 Times Pay machine. This forum has been a huge help in learning the ropes of earning my first machine, so thanks so much.

I am currently stuck on what the exact problem is with my Bill Validator. It's an DBV-145-SS-6021-BO22

When the machine starts up the BV clicks and the two red lights inside the chute illuminate with each click every 2 seconds. From searching around this appears to be related to the power supply being bad. I'm looking for help confirming that and, if confirmed, obtaining a replacement.

I have attached photo and a Google Drive link with a video of the behavior. Thanks for any help you can provide!

I think it's an older DVB-45...somebody wrote a number "1" over the "-" with a Magic marker.
You should upgrade to a DBV-200 so the validator can accept large headed U.S. currency.

Going by your description , that is an indicator that your power supply has failed due to age. Common issue. I have for sale rebuilt power supplies with new power module installed.  Send me PM  if interested. Tim
