i might just have what your looking for,i have 4 sets of 3 reels,and 4 of the 3 reel screen monitor looking items that look alot like what you have pictured,if i take pics,and post them will you be able to tell me if its what you need,they all look brand new to me,

The monitor looks right, can you post a better picture of the monitor model and serial number?

here is another bad pic,dont know whats wrong,but the  thing says product  a-019392-02-03,,model  lcd 201-007   serial 20100110749,,,and there is another tag at bottom    rating 5v  1.0v     manuf. 07/39   model n0a201sn02  made in china   hope this helps
