One more 831-E question: Bell not ringing

So i have the jackpot bell installed (blue and red wire) but I'm not getting a full ring on the 100 coin win (bar bar bar on this model). Have checked the "melon relay" and all points read when closed,  checked all points on the bell coil (which is down by the hopper if I'm correct, they are good.  When it hits I get a quick ding but that's it.  Haven't tried the 777 yet.  Research showed there may be wires disconnected but will attempt to follow traces. 
Input and guidance always appreciated.

[update] - Just needed to fix how the coil was wired on bell.  The switch in the clapper arm wasn't in the circuit the way the coil wires were attached.
