More slot machine locks: Jennings, Mills, Jennings Club Chief, Waltling

Some more slot machine locks. Please chime in on some of these locks that haven't been covered before, I need the slot machines to match them up to the locks.

This is a interesting Chicago ACE lock for a Mills slot machine.  :Scratch-Head:

This one  a Yale lock manufactured for Walting, its unusual to say the least.

JENNINGS CLUB CHIEFS: I have a Chicago ACE lock, notice the manufacturer stamp on the back of the lock, that's unusual.

 Pic #1 Front load jackpot lock for a Mills.  Just not as commonly used as a Mills lock.
 Pic #2 Same as used on my Watling Rol-a-Top.
 Pic #3 Yes, Jennings Chief series.

Here is another Mills lock for the front of the slot machine. Obviously, they must have had several different styles.
This one is interesting.

Mind you that most of these locks are "stamped" meaning that you have to tap out the back cover to get them apart.
It is extremely important that you dress up the area using a file to re-assembly it easily. I use a small ball peen hammer and tap around the back cover area where the two come together.

The lock on the left has to many gouge marks, the one on the right looks better. Again, using the ball peen hammer to tap the back together.

You sure you don't have those flipped. The one on the right looks like it has gouge marks.

While I understand you are an artist of your craft, has either lock been compromised in terms of their functionality or is this purely a cosmetic issue.

Both are not really good, I would would finishing up the assembly by smoothing the brass. It's cosmetic and some attention to detail.
