I need some brainpower help, putting the truck back together after the collision

I  need some brainpower HELP!   
I need to figure out how to slide this box in the bed. I’m unable to get the truck further back. Once it’s on the bed, then it will slide easily on the bed. It has skids.
The issue is that I don’t want to pull it inside the bed using chains, since something could happen with the chains and damage the trunk.

Really though, that thing is huge. I think you need a surface in the bed of the truck that is slidy…is that a word? Then when you lift the back it will be inclined to slide forward.

Absolutely, it will slide easily when it is in the bed, around the wheel well, area. It's not all that heavy, it's aircraft aluminum, durable as 💩.

Completed the project.
I put a spacer in between the front of the bed and the workshop, it prevents rubbing on the two.

A buddy of mine buys the interlocking rubber mats sold at Cost-co - they are high-density rubber used for Gym floors.
He cuts these to shape and uses them in the beds of truck, under and behind. In addition to protecting the finish they sure quiet things down.
He has one of those stainless steel work boxes. Nothing as impressive as your "shop".

I still need to get more things done. My dash video, maps, needs to be installed. The heater hoses to the shop needs to be purged of air. The shop needs to be restocked. Somehow I have cracked the lens on the rear passenger tail lamp, A replacement has been ordered.
It's a lot of work.

I've been working on some things after the collision. I replaced the broken tail light. The plastic buttons were missing that secure the taillight, the bolts are still in place, I just got them in the mail. The electronics are in. The steering wheel is correct now. The black exterior handles have chemical stain from the body shop, and I have no idea how to clean them off.

One of my issues is that the floor mat has dents in it from the body shop parts. I have no idea how to get them out.

For the dinted floor mat you need to warm it up - heat gun ? and press from the backside with something non pointy but thin, like a popsicle stick.

The chemical stains on the handles will be tough. Replacement might be the only real fix. Because they are black you might be able to stain over. You can buy liquid shoe polish. Put it on a cloth and rub in then after it drys use a sealer - something like a beeswax so it won’t rub off on your hands or clothes. Being a locksmith you might have some of that graphite spray that might work instead of shoe polish.

Thanks, I have had a lot of work on my truck to straighten it out, the body shop caused some problems and I am very particularly about my truck. The windshield wiper stopped working, I discovered that the nut wasn't torque down, small problem but it is what I am working through. The windshield was replaced at the body shop.
