Calibrate a WBA-12-SS

I have an IGT S2000 with a WBA-12-SS bill validator and a Bettor TITO system installed.  I always had to re-insert tickets about 15 times before the machine would finally read them, so I decided to re-calibrate the bill validator using the procedures that are posted in this forum.  I cut the black and white papers to size in order to make the calibration card.  Now, the bill validator reads tickets a little bit better, but will not read bills at all.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

After you did the calibration with the black n white papers, did you move the dip switch back?
I WILL be honest with you...I've never done this nor ever had to do it, but I've read that you have to move certain dip switches, to perform calibration?

Does anybody on here know where I can buy the computer equipment to do a proper calibration?  I'd also be open to sending it to somebody and paying them to do it.
