WMS BB2 Door Sensor Switch Issues

ISO help and assistance with my WMS BB2 five reel China Moon slot machine. I'm a novice but seem to have issues with the main door closing switch sensor. Game boots fully but at last step, I get "attendant needed" message in panel while all reels spin slowly in unison. I need to sometimes close door over and over to find the "sweet spot". Can the white slim 6 lug sensor switch on the side be modified to allow game to fully boot as normal? Perhaps only have 2 wires instead of the 6 on there? Any help, pictures or assistance greatly appreciated in advance:)

Offhand, off the top of my head without any wiring schematics in my hand, I think two wires are for the interior Service lamp that comes on when the door is opened.
And two other wires would be for the main door cherry switch.

The cherry switch on these BB2's are in an odd place and very hard to service.
You have to dis-assemble the metal tab bracket and cherry switch from off of that shelf, to check out the switch itself.
While your metal tab is moving back to push in the cherry switch plunger, something inside of the switch housing might be amiss.
Also, check the wiring tabs behind the cherry switch.
Make sure they are fully pushed onto the tabs and not loose.

I have no idea what why they would use two other wires? 
I'd have to pull out a wiring schematic to see  what they're for.
