Looking at a Pace slot machine

I have been watching this Pace slot machine, what is your honest 2ยข about it? He wants $300.00 for it, I keep offering him  $200.00. This is the only photos I've got at this time.

 Well.... It appears that the cabinet needs a heck of a lot of work.  Might even be missing the front wood below the coin trays.  The lower casting doesn't seem to fit to the cabinet very well, why?  Also, it looks like the back door may have been pried open.  It's hard to tell from the photos and you may need better and more photos or go see it in person.  You need to see the internals.  As for the price, just meet him in the middle.  It's worth more in parts.

 Now, for the good part. It's a "$" machine. This makes it a desirable one.  In good working shape these would bring between 1.5-2K.
