Looking for blank WMS bb2 compact flash cards

I am looking to buy blank 128mb and 256 mb WMS bb2 flash cards.

As long as you can confirm the proper "size" of the chip inside a card just about any card manufacture will work. The key is what size your computer sees the chip as.

I agree but I have tried to find documentation on the actual size of the internal memory but so far have been unsuccessful. Do you know what brand/models will work?

I tried Wintec and Transcend neither were the correct size. The Wintec was 256,768.

I did a lot of trial and error with CF cards on my BB2, and pretty much any newer CF cards are cheap, but are smaller in total size which they need to be in order to work in BB2 machines, and usually show up as some generic named card in bios when you power on, and the machine refuses to boot with them.  Even if you know the exact number of blocks it should have, sellers don't list that information.  So unfortunately, even if you find one that is the right size.  Knockoffs are everywhere that look similar but are slightly smaller or have incompatible chipsets in them.  For whatever reason, BB2's seem to be more finicky about the CF cards that it will boot with.   

A few years ago, I found reliable ones on Amazon from a specific seller.  But they haven't been available for a long time.  Probably won't be again, at least from that seller. 

Original SanDisk CF cards with the ID number on the back of them being listed as SDCFJ, SDCFB always work in all size cards if they are "genuine" SanDisk cards... 

Problem is, almost all the ones you find for sale (even ones that do list one of those exact model numbers) are cheap knockoffs. 

The label on the card looks similar but are missing a logo or other marking on the front or back that genuine SanDisk CF cards have on them.  Clear that it’s a knockoff card.

You think you bought a genuine SanDisk card, then plug it in only to find the card is smaller than genuine SanDisk cards.  And isn't even identified as a SanDisk card and lists some other generic manufacturer name when you boot with it (a knockoff card!) and it won't boot.  Finding ones that aren't knockoff cards really is hit or miss. 

I bought a single card from numerous sellers on eBay and all were knockoffs except for one seller that had genuine ones with the proper size required.  They sell the original SanDisk CF cards in 128MB, 256MB, 512MB, 1GB, 2GB, and 4GB sizes that are genuine and are the correct block size.  The smaller ones are less expensive, while the 2GB and 4GB cards are a bit spendy.  But you get genuine cards that work.  SanDisk hasn't even made that specific card model for a long time, so they are used/tested cards.  But they're good cards, I've never had a bad one from them.

If you want a sure thing, where the cards are genuine, and are the proper block size to work with a BB2.  You have to get them from this specific seller in China.  But they always come through, and your cards usually arrive in about 10 days.  I've ordered from this seller about six times for 10 packs of different size cards and they were always good in my BB2.

If you are looking for other sizes, you can search their store, and they have the same original SanDisk cards available in other sizes as well.  And you can order single cards if you want to test their cards yourself before buying a pack of 10.  But all the cards I've bought from them in different sizes have been genuine and worked perfectly in my BB2.
