6 Months of Parts

Here are photos of my 'All parts desoldered from MPUs' box. Six months worth. Any components I remove from boards go in this box. See? I have been working!   :24:
I will empty it today and start over.  :yes:

Thats smart. Mine started in a former metal shield and quickly became a pile that spreads out.
My work area is a disaster anyway. I didn’t get that gene that keeps work areas tidy and organized, that all went to my brother!

All 50X boards I repair/refurbish get a new, high quality holder that will take CR2354's. (Same battery as in 1270's and 044's) You can still put a CR2032, or CR2335 in it.  The 2354 should last 5 to 6+ years. The only holders in the 'box' are ones that were bent or melted or something. I probably have close to 100 that are in good condition. lol... They are in another box!  :rotfl:

You should get a big piece of plywood, brush on some type of bonding adhesive - and just dump all the parts evenly on the board. Then hang it up in your garage.
