Is brake cleaner your "go to" for degreasing removing old dried grease etc..?

Wiring harness, straightening it out. Replacing the burnt plugs, replacing cut wires.
I've been stripping down the donor harness, the parts are great, everything I need to restore the wiring..

Cabinet assembly. Gluing up stripped holes in the wood. The hinges were bent to 💩, the only solution was to grab a extra set and replace them.  :hissyfit:
The handle assembly is installed, operating smoothly.  :applause:
The door works smoothly now .  :cool_thumb_up:

Wiring was butchered. These two are still unknown, a blue wire and a brown wire. More hunting.

This is the area where a door lock was installed, however these are not the wires. One of the door lock wires is 58-4.

 I have the door lock, however the bracket is not with it.
