IGT SS 3813 chip

Hello,
Can someone tell me what game and CM a SS 3813 chip is, I had it wrote down but can't find it.

I could be wrong, as different lists show that SS3813 for different games.
It's a oddball chip that's for sure.

On one Excel list I have, it's shown as a 3 coin buy-a-pay game at 87%.
On another list, I have it as a 1 coin game...both lists don't show what the name of the game is but the closest chips are Red, White & Blue @ SS3814, or Home Run @ SS3811.

Do you have a RW&B 3-coin BAP award glass anywhere?
Maybe even a game called "Home Run"?
For some reason, the BAP games were popular with "Home Run".
I don't think I've ever seen it as a coin multiplier (CM).

 I remember now it being an odd ball chip. Probably why I can't find any info on it, I dont have any reel strips or glass to support it.
