Cant figure out how to fix ticket printer error

IGT G23 with Gen2 printer and Better Tito.
A few m9nths ago my machine was working fine and I had powered it down for a few months.
I recently dusted off the machine inside and out and keep getting the T open error on my monitor and cant get rid of the error.
I checked the harnrss for the printer and found the jacket was torn. I purchased a replacement and installed it but still have the same issue. There is a flashing red LED on the circuit board that the tito and the printer usb plug into.
I then performed a total reset and reinstalled the OS and games but still have the same error.

I'm a idiot!
I thought the indicator on the monitor that showed T was for ticket.  I Just didn't have the top closed right.  All is well now but cannot figure out how to delete this post

Its actually good to have this post. Someone else in the future might have the same confusion…it happens more than you would think!
