Bally Alpha Hee Haw Battery change and clear

Hello, I recently picked up a Bally Alpha Hee Haw machine that had dead batteries.   I have replaced the batteries and am trying to do a RAM clear and setup.   The RAM clear is not working and I am wondering if I have the wrong clear card for this machine.   Can someone please advise which clear card I need for this machine?

Which OS card is in it?  Clear card depends on OS version.

I am not exactly sure how to identify that.  The card in the top slot has a label that says FORTUNE 88 CLEAR on it.  Perhaps I am missing an OS card.....the clear card I was trying to use in it's place is a 335-01 card.  I am attaching pictures of both cards along with the error I get when trying to boot with the game card and FORTUNE 88 CLEAR card installed.
