A few things can cause what you are experiencing. Unfortunately I am not that literate in BV technology but we have several members on the forum who know them well. Can you tell us what BV is in the machine. Please clarify if the BV is 120vAC or DC voltage.
Also, can you clarify if you turn the BV off then back on, do you get any acknowledgment that it was engaged? Im traveling until the 6th of July so I cannot get to my SG to do a cross-check until I get back.
Having said that I do remember having a similar problem with a Sigma BV, I can’t recall if I made a post about it and/or what the resolution was. There is something in the back of my mind telling me there are two necessary steps to get the BV to engage. I know there is the BV activate, but is there a second step where you have to tell it how many credits per unit?
