Bally Alpha Elite V32 to Bally pro V32

Need Help.

I have a Bally Alpha Elite V32 that I want to upgrade to a Bally Pro V32. I have the PCA 210908-0-0 as the backplane and the Bally Alpha Pro V32 as the CPU. After booting up, I cannot access the setup menu. Do I have the wrong backplane?

That is the correct backplane.  You need to have the equivalent of the belly door opened to get into setup menu.
