LED Display command time out - bb1 stepper

I'm going to check out a bb1 stepper game, Fire Island, which I just replaced the main power supply in about a week ago.  Machine was running great up until this morning the owner of the machine woke up to this condition.  It was working last night and woke up this morning and the machine said call attendant.  The machine did restart at some point overnight.

Is there an issue with the led board showing the lines being bet for each spin (to the left of the reels)?  I'm hoping to limit trips to their home with some research.

Ps a search provided a similar issue but was with the reels.  I'll definitely check the connections as well.  But curious if the controller for the led display is built in to the display or if it's located someplace else.

So just to follow-up, I think it was either a loose cat 5 or a connection to the driver board to the left of the reels that's mounted on the side of the cabinet.  Also I believe it to be initially an error for the led lighting that is mounted to the top of the reel glass and not the displays.
