please advise. I have 2 of them with holes burned through them and one with 2 bad TIP120 transistors I was able to fix.

@Badbaud  Those are reel driver boards. They are used in both the S+ Bertha machines and S+ Wheel of Fortune Reel Driver Boxes. i have several of them and some years ago sold a bunch to a bertha owner.

I've seen those big white rectangular  things before...what are they? Ceramic resistors?

That's what they look like to me. I have worked on tube radios with the smaller versions. Bally EM has them on the hopper also.

I would concur - ceramic resistor.
I was also going to call them driver boards from the look of them, but Forhouse was able to nail it.

I am surprized that Bertha reels were more than just larger baskets.
