Bally Alpha S9000 Power Supply Problem

Need guidance place, I had a recent power outage that may have knock out one of my power supply boxes. My UPS was only able to keep it running for an hour but eventually shut down. When the electricity was restored, I turned on the slot machine and the lights turned on and the slots were spinning however the monitor was blank. I did not see the program loading up. There are two power supply boxes, the bottom one works but the second one does not turn on. I think the power supply may need to replace. On the case, it shows 5V/12V. Can anyone provide guidance on the part number of the box and where I can buy one?

Additional, I like to know:
1. Does it sound like a supply box will solve it?
2. When I do replace it, does it require me to clear and reinstall the software?

Thanks Jim for your insight about the the two green lights on the power supply. I was able to restart the slot machine and it turned on and the top monitor appear. Green lights appear to who both power supplies are functioning but now I am getting an error when loading it up. Any insight would be grateful appreciated.

Low battery error.  You need to replace ALL batteries - one on backplane and either 1 or 2 on mainboard dependng on brainbox and then re-setup everything.

You will need the correct clear card to match the OS on machine.

Thank you for your guidance. I turned on the slot machine again and found out both lights were green on the the power supplies. After looking into it further, I realized that it was not a power supply problem at all. I have two batteries that were out. I replaced the CR2032 and the CR2477N and I was able to restart, clear it out and reinstall the Blazing 777 Jackpot with progressive. I am back up and running. Truly appreciate your guidance.
