Green Stamps issue
« on: June 28, 2026, 07:37:02 pm »
Hi,

I recently got Green Stamps for my S9 that has an A2 Video Topper with A2 LCU in it.

The game plays fine until I collect a stamp or go into bonus, and then reels reset and keep going into tilt, what is causing this? I tried different USB cables and USB ports but no good, different Bezel assemblies but no good, and running USB separate USB cables from the CPU to the LCU board instead of the RCU backplane.

Why is this happening? Linked a video down below.

The "newer" games might require a 512MB mpu.  Does your MPU have 256 or 512MB.  I would even go as far as using a 1GB mpu.  I would try that first.

Rick, I should’ve mentioned this earlier

This Alpha runs on an A2 conversion using an A2 CPU and iDeck

Perhaps I should try a different LCU board or upgrade the OS? I’m running OS366J

LCU firmware I believe is 02

I am putting my money on the LCU board. A2 might be causing a glitch with an older LCU board. do you have any 07 or up you can try?

I don’t have another LCU board I can try, but I plan to get a new one, the one I have has really old firmware on it

Perhaps you are correct, maybe I should get my hands on an LCU with Newer Firmware to see if that solves it.
