Can't cash out on G23 family 20 games

Hi folks, I setup my G23 to play Family 20 games. I want to cash out so I can setup more games. When I hit the cashout button I get a menu with other options, such as add credits or run bonuses. Anybody know what's going on?  Thanks.

Looks like you have a show foundation loaded. What OS and Ascent files are on it?

I am not familiar with that foundation but you might have a cash out option in the show menu. When you get a diagnostic that works, you can remove it and use a N or possibly P foundation instead. Not sure if P will work with a 3.0.
