replacement for LM323K - PE Plus

Just picked up a PE Plus Double Double Bonus

No 5V - Looking to replace the 5V reg LM323K 
Digikey suggested replacement is upwards of $90.  Wondering if anyone has ever used EzSBC's PSU5 No Noise replacement?

 Have you checked eBay? There are numerous sub $20 ones that are located within the states.

This is going to be restored and sold
Ebay from my experience isnt so great without knowing if its authentic part or not

If it were mine id take a chance
But not for something im flipping

Are you sure one of the rectifier diodes isn’t blown? They are a common failure point on those boards. Also look for NTE931, it is their equivalent.
