Bally ProSlot 5500 Lever Arm Sensor Needed

I'm not exactly sure what the part is called but one of the leads on the switch or sensor that triggers the lever arm on my Beloved ProSlot 5500 got torn out and is not repairable.  The sensor is labeled S-2211 and has 4 leads that terminate in a connector.  Machine works fine when you hit the spin button but IMHO, a slot machine isn't a slot machine if you can pull the lever.  When credits are applied, the lever unlatches but won't spin the reels without this switch.  Any assistance would be hugely appreciated.

Would have to see the front, it looks like a metal bracket with rectifiers or some type of square component. There is no scale to see how big any of the parts are. Someone might recognize it but I think you will need to post more pictures.

That's the optics assembly for the handle mech Part No. E-00664-0453 on page 7 in this manual sheet I attached below.

Thank you all for your replies.  The E-00664-0453 Assembly Optics, Handle Mech is precisely the part I need. I obviously don't need the metal mounting bracket but rather the optical sensor.

If anyone out there can provide a current part number and vendor for a compatible sensor or perhaps have one from a parts machine, it would be hugely appreciated.

I suspect your i ages just don’t meet the size limitations. I have that problem all the time. I now use an image compressor that lets me select the image ratio instead of just size, works great, set one of the dims to 1000 or less.

I made sure my images met the size requirements but when I click "attachments and other options I'm not prompted to load an image.  Perhaps I'm not seeing the proper icon?

When you click on Add attachments it doesn’t prompt for anything. You select the option to Attach. If you want to add more images you select the More Attachments button, up to 5 per post. Then you press that Choose File button and upload from images, depending on what device you are using.

At long last I found a proper replacement for the lever arm optical sensor for my ProSlot 5500 and would like to share it with the group.  A direct replacement for the sensor is made by TT Electronics, part number OPB815WZ.  I purchased one from Digikey.com under their part number of 365-1400-ND for the princely sum of $5.56 plus shipping.  The part is dimensionally correct for the application and the color-coded leads are the same as the original part.  A good friend of mine happened to have replacement pins and the proper crimp tool needed to install them in my original connector body but it would have been a simple matter splice the new sensor into the leads of the original connector.  My machine is now working perfectly.

I truly appreciate everyone's input to my problem and hope this post will help anyone who has a similar one.
