Alpha S9000 Call Attendant Error

Howdy all,
I want to preface this by saying that I have bought a voucher printer FutureLogic GEN2 printer (that is program to work with my S9E) and set it up the Bill validator with JCM BillVal. The light on the printer is green with paper loaded. I used AI and searched through the forum but could not find a fix.

I am very comfortable with clearing and reinstalling Quick Hits Blazing 7s Progressive. I have performed it several times before. Today, I added the Future logic printer, cleared, setup the game, progressive and use the Tito settings. Everything worked except I got an PRINTER OPEN error. I pulled printer out and made sure everything is locked secured. I shut down and restarted it. I still have the Pending Status of Printer Open error but now I have Call Attendant. I used the call key and it took me back settings. I am not sure what I needed to do. I returned to game and now stuck with Call Attendant. I cleared it again and reinstalled but as soon as game loaded up. I would see the same PRINTER Open error but now stuck with Call Attendant. I turned the key twice this time and then it asked about calibrating touch screen. It won't go away.

What next? Should I try a 3rd clear & reinstall but remove the future logic printer settings? Appreciate assistance. Happy to share pictures of the setting.

Printer open means it's not slid back all the way or mounted wrong.  Call attendant only appears when all doors are closed, open the door to see the error.  (Don't turn the JP reset key twice, lol)
